Water Meter Replacement Customer Quick Tips

Please remember: 

• WKUD/Pedal Valve Team Members and vehicles will be clearly identified by the appropriate logo visible on uniforms and vehicles as well. 

• WKUD/Pedal Valves technicians will not need access inside your home. 

• Meter access is crucial to efficiently complete a water meter replacement task. Please make sure all animals have been secured, meters are not covered by landscape, gates are accessible when needed by the appropriate technician.

• There will be a brief interruption in water service during the transition of meters. It should last no longer than 30 minutes.
