New Development Attainability Application
The District’s service area of seventy-two square miles is flourishing with new development producing the ever growing demand for residential and commercial construction. It is the district's enduring responsibility to our residents that all new water and sewer lines placed within our boundaries is thoroughly reviewed and inspected to ensure safe development throughout our district.
To begin the process of establishing a new development within the boundaries of West Knox Utility District, a New Development Attainability Application must be completed and submitted to our engineering department for approval. Upon review, our engineering department will contact you within 5 to 7 business days with the results of your request. If given the availability to provide service to your proposed development, you may then submit your plans to our engineering department at ckidd@wkud.com.
